How do I reserve a room?
To reserve a bed, [complete the form]({TENANT_DOMAIN}/reservations/create) and Admin will approve within 24–48 hours. Once approved, you have 24–72 hours to pay. After payment, your bed is confirmed.
What documents do I need to provide?
Completed application form, a valid identification and Initial deposit (Security deposit – equivalent to 1-month basic rent)
How long does booking approval take?
Typically, within 1-2 days upon reservation.
How will I know if my request is approved?
You will receive a notification via email/website account once the admin reviews your request.
